Commencement Brunch - May 18, 2024

St. Ambrose University, Rogalski Center Ballroom
Brunch Menu will include: Farmers Scrambled Eggs (green pepper, onion, ham and cheese), Regular Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Roasted Italian Redskins, Eggs Benedict, Sauteed Vegetables, Quinoa with Roasted Portobello Mushrooms, Grilled Chicken Breast with Spinach and Basil Cream Sauce, Dessert Table, and Coffe Station Advance reservations are required. Cost is $15.00 for adult guests ages 13 and older, $8.00 for children ages 6-12 and $4.00 for children 5 and under. There is no cost for the graduate; however reservations are required. Reservations are required for faculty and staff. Reservations will be accepted through Monday, May 13, 2024. A limited number of seats will be available at the brunch check-in, cash and check only.
