Human Resources Microcredential

The four-course Human Resources (HR) microcredential curriculum aims to bolster the HR professional’s competency in the most pressing areas of the profession, establishing individuals as strategic business partners. The four courses integrate material to build upon one another for skill development. Successful completion of each course is required to earn the microcredential. Full course list includes Learning a New Language: Business and Financial Acumen for the HR Professional, Math versus Myth: Creating Data-Informed Solutions, The 3 Cs: Coaching, Collaborating and Consulting, Life in the Fast Lane: Drive and Thrive through Change. Sessions will be held on Fridays from 8am-Noon September 16, October 14, November 18, and December 16, 2022.
