This year, we are thrilled to celebrate the annual SAUDM Gala on December 5, 2026! Proceeds from this special evening will go directly to the University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children’s Hospital to support children and families facing pediatric illnesses.
Dance Marathon is a yearlong celebration of life dedicated to providing emotional and financial support to families receiving care at the University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children’s Hospital in Iowa City, our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
Guests are invited to arrive beginning at 6:00 p.m. and enjoy a cocktail hour featuring music and opportunities to mingle. Dinner will be served at 7:15 p.m., followed by an evening filled with dinner, dessert, a cash bar, and exciting fundraising activities.
Throughout the evening, guests can participate in our silent auction and wine pull, featuring an incredible selection of items and experiences. The Gala will also feature inspiring guest speakers, including some of our very own Champion Families, who will share their stories and the impact that Dance Marathon has had on their lives.
We look forward to coming together for an unforgettable evening of celebration, generosity, and support for the incredible children and families at Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Every contribution helps make a difference!
